Day 1: Travel to Bwindi impenetrable national park

Uganda gorilla tracking safaris starts with pick up from agreed points:-hotel, home where our company tour guide will meet you at your hotel and then drive to Bwindi. Enroute stop over for photography at the equator, and then drive until you reach Mbarara for lunch, and then proceed with your journey to Bwindi and check-in at the lodge for Dinner and overnight gorilla friend’s lodge

 Day 2: Gorilla tracking and Transfer to Bunyonyi

After an early morning breakfast you will be briefed by your tour guide and after start your gorilla tracking journey, you will enter into the amazing rain forest (gorilla sanctuary) as it offers an exciting, heavily forested and dense landscape interacted by plenty of animal trails that provide access for tourists tracking these resident animals. Mammals here include mainly  endangered mountain gorillas, elephants, buffaloes, giant forest hogs, the rare golden monkey, black-fronted Duikers, bush bucks, leopards to mention but a few. The charming mountain gorillas form the highlight of the park, the time and terrain/track taken while looking for these beautiful primates varies according to their movements.

Once tracked, observing, spending time with and photographing these gentle, peaceful and shy apes is a unique, breathtaking, inspiring, and thrilling life time memorable adventure that leaves you desiring to have it again but takes you one hour close range with them. As one of our clients lamented, "I will forever want to track and keep with these lovely animals and if acceptable, I would stay with them every day. Later after tracking you will eat your packed lunch and then transfer to Lake Bunyonyi which is the second deepest lake in Africa and also with the safest water for swimming and free from bilharzia and also this lake has the highest number of islands in the whole world amounting to 29 which can all be visited by boat. Dinner and overnight at prime nature lodge

 Day 3: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park & Boat cruise

You will transfer to Lake Mburo National Park after an early morning breakfast at the lodge. Our guide will drive you through the Kabale region commonly known as “Switzerland of Africa” because of its landscape full of hills and moorland. Take lunch upon reaching Mbarara town after you enter the park via Nshara gate. Go for Lake Mburo boat cruise immediately you enter the park in search for Hippos, crocodiles then lodge and Dinner and overnight at Rwokobo rock

Day 4:  Game drive and travel back to Kampala

After early morning breakfast, before leaving back to Kampala, you have an opportunity to go for the morning search for animals like Impala, Eland, the herds of Zebra, and other savannah species. Also search for bird species like Papyrus, Bush Shrike African Fin foot. Later hit the road to Kampala with lunch en route at the equator. Drop off at the hotel in Kampala or Airport.
